Ithaca Falls is located near the mouth of Fall Creek in the city of Ithaca, Tompkins County, NY. The waterfalls can be observed from the Lake St. bridge over Fall Creek. By walking up a short trail on the south side of fall creek, you can go to the base of the falls.

Fall Creek has the largest watershed of the Ithaca gorges and is a spectacular waterfall at any time of year. Fall Creek Gorge descends through the northern portion of the Cornell University campus through a series of beautiful waterfalls and rapids and spills over Ithaca Falls into Cayuga Lake.
